Why do we do it this way?
In-home security surveys exist mostly to close a sale. The useful part — a professional asking good questions and explaining tradeoffs — takes about five minutes. We kept that part, put it online, and skipped the rest. Fewer trucks and fewer salespeople means we can charge less and still stay in business.
Fulfillment and support
We configure and quality-check your system, then ship it with labeled devices and instructions. If you get stuck, contact us — a person who knows the equipment answers. When you're finished installing, tell us and we'll review the system and start monitoring if you selected it.
